Breakfasts are prepared by Miguel and include traditional Mexican meals such as chilaquiles, sopes, and eggs smothered in his homemade red sauce. For those preferring more traditional meals, Miguel will serve foods such as bacon and eggs, hotcakes, or bagels. Breakfasts will always include fresh orange juice and a fruit plate.
A small kitchenette with microwave and hot plate enables our guests to stay on the property and prepare their own small meals (or reheat leftovers).

Salina Grande is the large lagoon that is part of Colonia Caridad del Cobre.
There is a walking/jogging path all around the lagoon, for those looking for a leisurely walk or some daily exercise.
